The outage appears to have started at 10.15 a.m., with thousands of individuals reporting it on the internet outage tracker Down Detector.
TSB online banking is no longer available.

Customers are unable to access their accounts because TSB's mobile and internet banking services have been disrupted.
Others expressed their displeasure on Twitter, with one client claiming that the disruption cost them Taylor Swift tickets.
"Thank you TSB for nothing, you have the worst banking app ever." "I literally was halfway through buying Taylor Swift tickets, I was so happy like ecstatic, press pay then had to approve the payment but the app went down and now I've lost the tickets," they explained.
"I'm unable to access the Android mobile app." When I click 'Log in,' I am informed that there was a "unexpected error." "This has been going on all morning," said another.
